After selling her mother's home when she passed away, Amber fell in love with the real estate process and knew she wanted to be there to help others who needed to sell their home or buy a new one. She believes in working hard for her clients while making lifelong connections.

Amber is married with 3 boys ranging from 2-16 years old. In their free time, they enjoy playing board games, swimming, playing all sports, and going to theme parks.

Tamara has been the bookkeeper for King & Associates since 2018. Since then, she has also taken on the role of in-house Matterport (virtual tour) photographer.

She attended Florida College, is married with 4 girls, and enjoys swimming, farm life, church and being a ginger.

Mollie’s story is deeply intertwined with her hometown of Dade City, where she was born and raised with a deep appreciation for its rich history and vibrant community spirit. A proud graduate of Pasco High School in 2012, Mollie’s educational journey continued at St. Leo University, where she laid the foundations of her future endeavors.

In 2013, Mollie embarked on her real estate career, driven by a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. Her journey led her to King + Associates Real Estate, where she initially served as a transaction coordinator before transitioning into a full-time real estate agent in 2017. Since then, Mollie has left an indelible mark on the industry, boasting an impressive track record of over $15 million in sales, including having the highest price sale at King + Associates of $3 million. Specializing in the intricacies of new construction and assisting first time Homebuyers, Mollie’s expertise and dedication has earned her the trust and admiration from her clients.

Mollie has also embarked on an amazing fitness journey, reaching goals with nutrition and enjoys finding the value in being at the gym.

After graduating from Pasco High School, Casi started her career in the healthcare industry as a Certified Nursing Assistant and quickly moved up to Regional Director of Community Development.

After 14 years in healthcare, Casi decided to take a leap of faith and begin a new career in real estate. In 2019, she joined King and Associates as a licensed real estate agent.

Casi, her husband, and their two daughters continue to live in the heart of Dade City. They fill their free time with softball, hunting at their camp in South Carolina, boating, and spending time with friends and family.

Casi is truly invested in the Central Florida area. Her experience with years of marketing and the familiarities with Central Florida will be an asset to both sellers and buyers.

Since becoming a full time Floridian in 2011, Matt has always had his hands in real estate. After being drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in the 1st round Florida became home. Many years of travel helped him develop a unique perspective of different markets to value what we have here in Tampa Bay. Sarah Schrader is a 5th generation Floridian who was born and raised in San Antonio, Florida. She grew up in a small rural town just outside of Tampa. Her family has owned and operated a lumber and building supply company since 1923. Sarah currently serves as San Antonio Lumber Company’s Vice President.

Sarah is passionate about serving her community and currently serves as San Antonio City Streets Commissioner, Board member of Habitat for Humanity East and Central Pasco, and Board member of Advent Health Dade City and Zephyrhills. After graduating from Stetson University with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing she relocated to Boston to work with Enterprise Rent a Car as manager of the Downtown Boston office branch. Following Enterprise, she transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry where she was repeatedly recognized as one of the top sales associates nationally. While working in the Northeast in the sales industry, Sarah followed her passion for real estate and obtained her real estate license in both Connecticut and in Florida in 2011.

As a fifth-generation small business owner, Sarah understands and appreciates superior customer service and has always taken pride in delivering a customized customer service approach to each client that she works with. She brings twenty years of innovative sales experience, an excellent work ethic, and a personalized service approach to all her customers. Sarah has experience in residential and land sales, construction, and home design. From contract to close, Sarah is committed to navigating the entire sales process for her sellers and buyers to ensure a seamless transaction. Her strong negotiating skills, work ethic, and attention to detail have served her well over the last decade in successfully representing her clients to maximize their return on investment.

When she is not helping clients buy or sell real estate Sarah enjoys being active with her German Shepherd, Kash. She enjoys running, swimming, biking and has even taken first place in a novice triathlon. Over the years, she has participated in many half marathons and triathlons and loves the personal accomplishment and camaraderie shared during these events. In November 2018, Sarah completed the NYC marathon & raised $3,500.00 for cancer research.
