Wow!!! What a pleasure working with King and Associates Real Estate. Chad helped me sell my families house quick. Let me walk you through this. Initial phone call Saturday. Chad was out in person on Sunday. Within one week they had photos complete with the most state of the art listing I have ever seen. Their dollhouse view is ridiculous. Within 24 hours of listing he had 22 appointments set. He walked us through and advised us on understanding the multiple offers. Property closed in less than 30 days of initial contact. WOW!!!! Oh and the ladies in the office AMAZING!!! Someone always available to answer my questions. Top notch team at King and Associates. Oh and guess who I just used to buy my new house. I wish I could give 10/5 stars. Robyn Crist was recommended with so much praise from my financial advisor that she seemed too good to be true. She had been recommend to me by the gentleman that was to become my lender (10/5 stars for him too) and I can't believe how good she was. For starters, Robyn was available to help me whenever I needed it, regardless of early mornings or after hours. She loves her job and she had such a huge impact on my life. First time I went to look for my home, she took me to 6 properties. The 5th one was love at first sight. She instantly recognized that I had to have this place, and it's barely an understatement to say that she moved heaven and earth to get it for me. I am now moved in in about a month from first viewing and I couldn't be more happy. She helped me through every step with kindness and grace, without over stepping. She was with me at every stage of the house buying process making sure I was not caught out by any pitfalls. Even her after sale care is incredible. For me there is no one better at real estate. Great agency with fantastic brokers. Arielle specifically went above and beyond, setting expectations early on, walking us through the market conditions and communicating throughout the open houses we scheduled along with the showings.
