Sarah Schrader is a 5th generation Floridian who was born and raised in San Antonio, Florida. She grew up in a small rural town just outside of Tampa. Her family has owned and operated a lumber and building supply company since 1923. Sarah currently serves as San Antonio Lumber Company’s Vice President.
Sarah is passionate about serving her community and currently serves as San Antonio City Streets Commissioner, Board member of Habitat for Humanity East and Central Pasco, and Board member of Advent Health Dade City and Zephyrhills. After graduating from Stetson University with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing she relocated to Boston to work with Enterprise Rent a Car as manager of the Downtown Boston office branch. Following Enterprise, she transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry where she was repeatedly recognized as one of the top sales associates nationally. While working in the Northeast in the sales industry, Sarah followed her passion for real estate and obtained her real estate license in both Connecticut and in Florida in 2011.
As a fifth-generation small business owner, Sarah understands and appreciates superior customer service and has always taken pride in delivering a customized customer service approach to each client that she works with. She brings twenty years of innovative sales experience, an excellent work ethic, and a personalized service approach to all her customers. Sarah has experience in residential and land sales, construction, and home design. From contract to close, Sarah is committed to navigating the entire sales process for her sellers and buyers to ensure a seamless transaction. Her strong negotiating skills, work ethic, and attention to detail have served her well over the last decade in successfully representing her clients to maximize their return on investment.
When she is not helping clients buy or sell real estate Sarah enjoys being active with her German Shepherd, Kash. She enjoys running, swimming, biking and has even taken first place in a novice triathlon. Over the years, she has participated in many half marathons and triathlons and loves the personal accomplishment and camaraderie shared during these events. In November 2018, Sarah completed the NYC marathon & raised $3,500.00 for cancer research.
